You're invited to Winona's first Secret Café Series. For the next six Saturdays, a household in Winona will convert their home into a restaurant.

For the next month and a half you are guaranteed to find the best eating-out options at these Secret Cafés. Don't miss out on opportunities to go on special dates or treat yourself to healthy and delicious food, prepared by people you know!

Try to get your hands on one of the fliers that will be circulating around, as it is also your punch card. Prizes will be given out at the last Secret Café if you made it to three or more, and a very special prize will be given to those who went to all six!

If this goes well, we should do it again! If your house would like to host a Secret Café, email secretcafe@keoxa.com and another series can be put together.

I just wanted to retrieve this post from further down in the list! But also to remind everyone who uses this messaging board of the secret café this weekend. The food has been amazing so far at all of the cafés, and affordable, and I'm sure it will continue to be.

I'm feeling silly about posting three times, but I wanted to announce that the prizes have been put together for this Secret Café Series and they are pretty darn exciting. You also don't have to come at 2 on Saturday December 12 to get your prize - you can get it when you come to eat.

It's looking like there will be another series starting after Christmas. If your house wants to host, email secretcafe@keoxa.com.

i've heard some former hosts offer their services up again.
and new places/people that want to be involved.
seems like Saturdays are where it's at, and there's plenty of folks ready.
    this could last all winter!

*i would just like to mention a couple of Events that should be considered:
Saturday Jan. 30th is a full day of the Frozen River Film Festival, which people shouldn't miss.
-there might be a way to plug into it, as the theme for FRFF this year is Food

Sat. Feb.13th is the 2nd Super Duper Wonderful Winona Variety Show (at 7pm)
so i'd recommend this being a breakfast/brunch/lunch time thing.
(this day is also Carnaval for Mardi Gras themes)

    all for now,
i look forward to winning my prize!
